� Since 2004 Tracy has been responsible for the day to day management of all rating matters on behalf of Manchester Airport.
� For the 1995, 2000 and 2005 Rating Lists she acted for numerous local authorities including Wigan Council, Isle of Anglesey County Council, Preston Borough Council, Chester City Council, Halton Borough Council and Vale Royal Borough Council.
� Provided rating advice and negotiated appeals on over 700 licensed properties for the 2000 Rating List.
� Has acted on behalf of Warrington Collegiate Institute and Runcorn & Widnes Sixth Form College for the 2000 and 2005 Rating Lists.

� She is a member of the Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation.
