Previous Projects
Eric worked in the Valuation Office for 14 years, before joining Dixon Webb in 1988. He became a partner in 1994 and heads up our Rating Department.
He has a wealth of rating experience, built up over 30 years, and specialises in and provides advice to the nuclear industry, chemical industry, local authorities, airports and football clubs.
Eric carries out corporate asset valuations for clients including the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority.
