Previous Projects

• Since 1990 he has acted upon behalf on British Nuclear Fuels Limited (now known as BNG) in connection with General Practice property requirements and advice.
• He has acted on behalf of BNG during each of the successive Rating Revaluations since 1990, and has recently been instructed to act on behalf of the recently created Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, which has property throughout the United Kingdom.
• He has also acted on behalf of Urenco (Capenhurst) Ltd in terms of all their property requirements in particular their rating assessments on the nuclear site as their enrichment facilities have expanded.
• He has since 1995 acted on behalf of the Associated Octel Co, recently renamed Innospec Limited in connection with their various property requirements including rating and general property advice relating to their Cheshire Manufacturing Park at Ellesmere Port.
• His particular involvement in dealing with large industrial sites and nuclear establishments led to his appointment to act on behalf of the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority in 2000. As part of a small specialist team he was particularly involved in taking the Scottish Assessor to the Lands Tribunal for Scotland in early 2005 in a land mark case involving the Dounreay Research Establishment. The case was a success and sustained many important valuation principles to the nuclear industry.
• During the period 1991 to 1997 he acted on behalf of UK Nirex Ltd in connection with site investigation and development work for a possible long term underground nuclear repository.
• For the 2000 and 2005 Rating Lists he has acted for numerous NHS Hospital Trusts and Local Authorities.
• He also undertakes Portfolio Asset Valuation work for a number of clients throughout the region.
• From 1991 to 1997, he acted on behalf of UK Nirex Ltd in connection with site investigation and development work.
• He has also acted on behalf of BNFL subsidiaries concerning Transco gas pipelines in Lancashire and Cumbria and in connection with lease agreements for off shore pipelines with the Crown Marine Estate.
