In addition to the traditional role of negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals, Dixon Webb is experienced in making submissions to independent experts and arbitrators. We also advise on lease drafting and restructuring to protect our clients in an ever changing world.

The team includes members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors President’s panel of Independent Experts and Arbitrators and members of the Expert Witness Institute.

Members of the team regularly receive instructions to act as experts in court proceedings.

Our building surveyors provide advice on dilapidations, prepare schedules of condition and deal with repair and refurbishment issues.

As well as dealing with offices, factories and shops we provide advice on specialist properties including public houses, restaurants, medical premises, golf clubs, sports stadia and ground leases.
