Previous Projects

• He was part of the team that produced a feasibility study for the redundant section of the ICI Wallerscot works, Northwich.
• He led the team that advised Pilkington Glass Ltd.
• He jointly led the team that advised Merseyside Development Corporation/Cammel Laird Shipbuilders in the Tranmere Study Area.
• Headed the team that advised North Cheshire College
• He has also been involved with the refurbishment, conversion and division of redundant industrial premises.
• Advised English Partnerships, and more recently the North West Development Agency on a number of issues relating to their programmes in Merseyside and the North West, including the Liverpool City Centre acquisition strategy.
• He has led teams in feasibility studies for Merseyside Local Authorities and has advised Rail Property on clawback provided for one of their original business disposals on land, which is now to be used for a large distribution park.
• He has also been involved in bringing residential development land to the market
